F-15 Pitot Tube Cessna Wing Strut Mounts

Used Inventor to fabricate two unique 3D-printed pitot tube accessory mounts compatible with a self-designed Cessna wing strut mount. The mounts include:

• Multiple custom-machined aluminum framing support pieces to reinforce the overall design structure and support Z-axis weakness, as the pitot tube creates drag and increases the total load on the system.

• MIL-STD F15 pitot tubes for ruggedized static and dynamic pressure data collection.

• 3D-Printed PETG pitot tube adapter solution compatible with self-designed Cessna-172 wing strut clamp mount.

• Easy access to the pitot tube connector ports.

The solutions led to successful static and dynamic pressure information collection for Inertial Labs aiding data.
